Paul began his career in the United Kingdom. While still at college he landed his first series regular role on the BAFTA award winning show CHILDREN'S WARD. Immediately upon graduating he was tagged for another series regular in ITV's EMMERDALE. Paul racked up another five regular roles - LIFEFORCE, CORONATION STREET, STARHUNTER 2300, THE ROYAL and CASUALTY - before George Lucas brought him over to the States to finish filming his role of American fighter pilot 'Miller' in REDTAILS in 2011.

Paul made the move to the U.S permanent in 2013 and has since appeared in the Oscar winning film FORD VS. FERRARI by James Mangold, Tom Vaughan's SOME KIND OF BEAUTIFUL and most recently playing Josef Von Sternberg opposite Gary Oldman in David Fincher's MANK.

Paul has enjoyed writing his whole life and is currently in development with two feature films and a limited series. In early 2021 he will move into production with BENEATH THE SURFACE, a psychological horror thriller feature film he wrote during the Covid19 pandemic. He will serve as producer as well as star in the film.
